Revit Training Course 2 – Detailed Description
The goal of our intermediate online Revit training course is to enable you to create complex building projects with custom content.
As the the level two, Revit training class begins, student will continue to develop the large residential project they began in the introductory revit course. Custom railings will be created for all stairs and then finishing touches will be added to the main building as students learn to work with linework, face editing, and paint tools.
The next set of concepts in the intermediate Revit training focuses on the in-place modeling tools which allow us to create custom forms for walls, roofs, floors, and other building elements. Students will add a topographical surface complete with landscaping features such as driveways, walkways, and plantings. Student will complete the residential phase of their revit training by creating a full set of working drawing sheets and then publishing their projects to a multi-sheet PDF.
The level two Revit training course continues with an in-depth exploration of the Family Editor as students learn how to create custom content complete with size controls, visibility settings linked to detail level, and material parameters.
The final project in the intermediate Revit training class covers the powerful, conceptual massing tools available for use in the creation of massing studies. Students will develop a series of building forms for a large-scale urban development and then learn to use the Building by face tools to generate floors, roofs, walls, and Curtain systems from their masses. Divided surfaces and surface patterns will complete the concepts covered in the level two Revit training course.

Revit Training Course 2 – Support and Evaluation
Basic and Premium Support and evaluations are available for this course.
Both of the review packages we offer allow for grading of your assignments, and a course transcript letter with an official grade for the course.
With the Basic Review package, you will go through all 12 lessons for a course, using the video demos and course handbook to guide you. You will create 2-4 projects which will be sent to your instructor in a one-time submission at the end of the course. The assignments will be reviewed, redlined, graded, and returned to you along with a PDF version of your transcript letter within 24 hours.
With the Premium Support package you receive up to 90 days of email assistance with your own instructor, allowing you to ask questions while you go through the lessons. Assignments are submitted one at a time as you go through the course instead of in a single submission at the end. In addition, if an assignment is not perfect on the first try, your instructor will send you a detailed email indicating what is wrong and how to fix it. After making the necessary revisions, you can submit the assignment for a second review. This process can be repeated one more time allowing for up to three reviews of each assignment. Premium students usually finish the course with a perfect grade and more importantly, a perfect set of drawings to add to their portfolio.
When you are going through the Premium Certificate Program, you will be in constant contact and communication with your instructor via email. At the end of each course, an official school transcript letter is sent to you in PDF format. This contains the course and student details along with your grade for the course in both percentage and letter format. When you have finished all three levels of Revit courses, your Revit Architecture Certificate is prepared and shipped to you along with hard copies of all three transcript letters.
