AutoCAD 3D Modeling Course 4 – Detailed Description
The goal of our online AutoCAD 3D Modeling Advanced course is to enable you to quickly and easily create large, complex 3D Assembly models for any type of project.
This level four, AutoCAD 3D Modeling course begins with the Solid Editing methods which allow you to manipulate and reshape any solid model. As the Advanced AutoCAD 3D Modeling course progresses, students will learn how to use Sweeps and Lofts to generate the most complex solid models.
Surface modeling and Mesh modeling techniques allow for the creation of almost any imaginable form. Students will learn how to use these advanced AutoCAD 3D modeling tools to generate their own custom designs for light fixtures and furniture pieces which may be incorporated into one of the final project options.
Students learn how to use references to create a 3D assembly of multiple files. For their final project, students will create either a small retail store or a two story house. These large projects will be developed from a series of architectural part models created as practices earlier in the course.
The final lessons in the AutoCAD 3D Modeling Advanced course, teach students how to create realistic, perspective views for Architectural renderings. Basic render settings are examined and students will apply background images and save views with day time and night time environments.
Materials and finishes are discussed in depth as students learn to work with materials and assign colors and textures to their residential house model.

AutoCAD 3D Modeling Course 4 – Support and Evaluation
Basic and Premium Support and evaluations are available for this course.
Both of the review packages we offer allow for grading of your assignments, and a course transcript letter with an official grade for the course.
With the Basic Review package, you will go through all 12 lessons for a course, using the video demos and course handbook to guide you. You will create 4 assignment drawings which will be sent to your instructor in a one-time submission at the end of the course. The assignments will be reviewed, redlined, graded, and returned to you along with a PDF version of your transcript letter within 24 hours.
With the Premium Support package you receive up to 90 days of email assistance with your own instructor, allowing you to ask questions while you go through the lessons. Assignments are submitted one at a time as you go through the course instead of in a single submission at the end. In addition, if an assignment is not perfect on the first try, your instructor will send you a detailed email indicating what is wrong and how to fix it. After making the necessary revisions, you can submit the assignment for a second review. This process can be repeated one more time allowing for up to three reviews of each assignment. Premium students usually finish the course with a perfect grade and more importantly, a perfect set of drawings to add to their portfolio.
When you are going through the Premium Certificate Program, you will be in constant contact and communication with your instructor via email. At the end of each course, an official school transcript letter is sent to you in PDF format. This contains the course and student details along with your grade for the course in both percentage and letter format. When you have finished all four levels of AutoCAD courses, your Master of AutoCAD Certificate is prepared and shipped to you along with hard copies of all four transcript letters.
