In this 64 hour, Introductory course, students will learn the basic features of AutoCAD. New concepts include: setting up a new drawing, file utility procedures, navigation methods, basic construction and editing commands, layering techniques, basic dimensioning and annotation techniques including annotation scaling,and an introduction to layouts and basic plotting procedures.

Over the course of 16 lessons, students will learn and apply these concepts and procedures in the creation of increasingly complex, two-dimensional technical drawings.

Recorded in AutoCAD 2010, this 2 DVD set of training material includes over 28 hours of demonstration videos, numerous sample files and drawing templates, as well as a PDF course Handbook with 220 pages of lecture notes and drawing handouts.
