In this 64 hour advanced course, recorded in Revit Architecture 2011, students will learn to work with many of the more advanced features of Revit Architecture including custom components, curtain systems, and advanced annotation techniques.

Detailed Course Description

This advanced course will lead the user through the Family Editor where they will learn to create custom component families and work with parameters. Students will learn to work within the Conceptual Design Environment, creating massing studies and developing complex, formula-driven masses to be used as the basis for actual building elements. Curtain wall systems and curtain walls will be studied in depth including the creation of custom curtain walls, nested walls, custom panels, and adaptive components. To finish the course, students will spend time learning to create and work with advanced view and annotation techniques to create Schedule Views, Legend Views, Custom Tags, and Keynotes.
