Free Autodesk Software for Online CAD Training Students
In partnership with the Autodesk Student Design and Engineering Community, we are pleased to announce that all North American students registered in any of the online CAD training courses, which include a Basic Review or Premium Support at CADDTRAIN, are now eligible to download FREE student versions of a full range of Autodesk Software including AutoCAD 2010 and 2011, Revit Architecture 2010 and 2011, AutoCAD Architecture 2010 and 2011, Inventor, 3DS Max, and many others.
FREE Student software is fully functional and provides all of the same commands and options as the commercial versions of the software. When you plot a drawing, student versions will include a plot stamp identifying the drawing as being created in an educational version of the program. Student versions of Autodesk Software may be used for 12 to 14 months after activating the software.
Only students enrolled in training programs which include a review and evaluation component are eligible to register at the Student Design Community and access the library of Free Software Downloads. It is possible to purchase courses with or without a support and review package.
- All Premium courses include 90 days of support and evaluation by email, up to three reviews for each of the course assignments, detailed revision requests, and an official transcript letter on school letterhead indicating all of the course and student details along with a grade in both Letter and Percentage formats. Transcript letters are supplied in PDF format within 48 hours of course completion, and a printed copy will arrive within 10 days.
- A Basic Review package may be purchased as an upgrade option to a Basic Download or Basic DVD course. The Basic review package includes a detailed review of all assignments and an official transcript letter. All assignments to be submitted for review in a single submission when the course is complete.
- A Premium Support package may also be purchased as an upgrade to one of the Basic courses.
When you register for your online CAD training course, with a Basic or Premium level of support, you will receive a a Welcome to CADDTrain email containing login details for access to the Student Area as well as a special link which you can use to register with the Autodesk Student Design Community. This link will identify you as a valid CAD student in a recognized Certificate Training Program, and you will be able to register and download the required software for your course.
- Make sure you use the link provided in your Welcome email to register with the Student Design Community site or you will not be able to access the Free Software downloads.
- Don't forget to register and activate your student software or it will stop working after 30 days.
